Has Anyone have or had The claude Monet or Scentimental Rose bushes??? If so, how do you rate them and which one should I get??

I have one, no problems couple ofyears old now, fab flowers, looking for another for daughters garden, no mildew, live N.E. England

I have grown 'Scentimental' bushes, but I don't know how well my experience in the desert will translate to the UK. I did find them to be very susceptible to powdery mildew.
