I bought and planted some bare root roses 4 weeks ago but 2 of them
I bought some bare root roses and planted them 4 weeks ago,however 2 of them have on the stems turned black, will they recover?

Most suppliers of bare root roses will be sympathetic to your problem and may replace your dead ones. I would contact them. If you bought them and planted them right away they should not be looking dead already. Sounds as if they may have been on their way out before you bought them.

Might, might not - sounds like dieback, which sometimes happens. You may find they produce new stems, but make sure, if they do, that they're not from below ground, off the rootstock.
