None will like it - but you could put the pot in some sort of holder with legs, so that it's raised off the floor, or try standing any plant you get in a pebble tray - this is a tray that's at least 2 inches wider or more all round than the plant pot, filled with pebbles and kept half filled with water - you stand the plant in its pot on top of the pebbles, but out of the water. This increases humidity round the plant.

Could be useful when it comes to starting seeds though!
Also, it should be good for starting off Canna tubers early, as the medium needs to hit about 20ºc to get going.
