i have one of these rhododendrons it is not growing well, and only tiny little flowers came on.The leaves are only about 2 inches long, and do not look healthy.
It is in a border between a copper beech and lilac tree, the sun only gets on it late afternoon in summer.
Should i move it or can i not move it thx

You may find the Rhododendron has to compete with the beech and lilac and as with many hybrids the root system is small. It may be advisable to move it now and water it well.

Also, some dwarf rhododendrons do have small leaves and flowers. It likes a leafy soil in dappled shade and neutral to acid soil, as has been said.

Not sure what variety of rhododendron you're referring to, but I can tell you they don't like alkaline soil, preferring acidic, and they do like enriched soil, or soil which is fertile and had some composted manure or similar added to it. If its not been in that spot too long (more than 2 years) then if you have a better spot, move it - bear in mind they prefer dappled shade, so not full sun or deep dark shade, if you can manage that.
