How to care for my Black Hamburg grape vine in the greenhouse. It is in its 3rd year. I layed it down at the end of November as the books sugest. I cut the rods back by a third to a bud. No sign of growth anywhere yet. Do I just tie it back up when it looks as if growth has started.

Should work but keep a watch on and unless it is open to the ground at the bottom you will have to water.

It is too early for the vine to be growing yet, but once it does then yes tie it back up to the trellis or whatever you are using to support it.
