I have millipedes in my garden. What can I use to erradicate them without harming plants.

millipedes tend to be be herbivores but they dont do much damage [exceppt to seedlings]. their faster cousins the centipedes are predators and eat alsorts of pests.

I can never remember which is friend and which foe, so I leave them all alone :-).

millipedes are amazing little creatures . you should hold one and watch it walk . everything in your garden as bulbaholic sais isnt bad . persnaly if the plants cant survive snails even i dont have them but i dont grow veg etc . i like to work with nature as aposed to against it .

You don't need to eradicate them Player1948. The rule of thumb I use is that if it's a fast mover it's a friend, and if it's slow it's a foe. Millipedes are quick runners so I leave them alone. I don't reckon they do any perceptible damage.
