What is this plant? Help!

Does anyone know what this plant is, I bought it last year and it has flowered continuously outside and I would like to get more but cannot find it anywhere, any information would be appreciated, many thanks (the flowers are small and the leaves are slightly jagged round the edges)

Could it be Nemesia, Gwen? They are usually annuals, but I suspect that you are in a mild area.
