Hi everyone,
I have a stripe phormium which was doing really well, until we had half a tonne of snow land on it! It now looks really sick and brown and crinkled all over. Can I rejuvenate it in some way or is the best thing to lift it and start again? It is about 3' high and about 3' wide.

So many casualties this winter. :-(( You could look at the centre and see if the new leaves are healthy - then cut the damaged outside leaves off - or cut your losses if it's very unsightly and remove it.
