I am concerned that many of my Hostas (growing in Pots) do not appear to have survided the winted.Am I just being impatient or could I have lost them?
Thank you in anticipation Patricia Lancaster

I live in North East England and mine are just starting to come through now, planted in the ground not in pots though.

You may be being impatient, it's still winter, but if you live in a colder part of the country, unless you provided protection for the pots, is it possible that the pots froze solid, particularly for longer than a week? If the compost was frozen and remained so for a good while, its possible your plants have been killed.
