I have poppy seeds from last year.
Having no greenhouse, what is the best way to
start them for this season; and when should I
start planting them ?

It depends what type of poppy they are from. If they were from annual or Californian poppies, then you can start them off in seed trays in a g'house now. If from Oriental poppies wait til April or May and sow in pots.
