Whilst we don't grow Pampas Grass, San, we do have some grasses and they all look dead at the moment. They usually do at this time of the year so I expect that they will come back to life soon.

i would burn it down in spring IF you can as that will help as its part of a lot of grasses life cycles and puts good nutriants back into the soil.

Well, you know, bearing up as they say, Sanbaz, thanks for asking. The only thing that troubles me slightly is whether the compost in the pot froze for any length of time - longer than about 9 days and it will have killed the plant. Wait and see if it shows any green growth by April.

glad your ok bamboo, thanx for that, when i take it out of the pot will check for any signs of green.
