Looks like a Alcea (Holyhock). They are perennials. You need to collect the seeds once they turn brown and grow some more for next year.
They can be biennial (i.e. take two years to grow and flower), I have grown some but they can suffer from rust. If they do, cut off the effected parts and either burn or pop in a bin bag and into the bin.

These look great though. Collect the seeds and sow seeds either late summer or early spring.
