Is it too early to mow the lawn? And if i rake some moss out is it best to do this before or after i cut it?

Lots of my neighbours were giving their lawns the first cut this weekend when the sun came out and mine looks in need of a trim too so I will be doing mine in the next day or so. I would give it a first cut and then see what you think of the moss after that.

You could rake then mow,or you could cut first with blades higher, then rake, then mow again to collect debris.

No, it's not too early - I did mine a couple of days ago.
It is recommended you set the blades a bit higher for the first couple of cuts
