I have an ACER (bloodred) planted in a small pot. Whencshould I prune and feed it? Should I transplant it to a biiger part or into the garden?

Don't prune, it doesn't need it, but you can remove any dead wood or tips in April if there are any, or prune out any odd long growths. As for potting on, check the rootball, or the bottom of the pot - if there's roots hanging out the bottom, then pot into a larger container, or plant in the garden. Use fresh compost - this will have sufficient feed already in it for 6 weeks.
