My Pieris Forest Flame has been damaged by the frosty weather, how can I help it to recover.
If it is small you could rig up some fleece or shade netting just to give it extra protection before spring really starts. If it's too large for this, wait until it begins to sprout and trim off any dead bits. Leaving the dead bits on for now will give extra protection for the buds lower down. I'm sure that it will recover from this, unless it was newly planted last year , in which case it may not re-grow.
