the dead iris leaves I've taken out of my pond are covered in some sort of eggs. they are in bunches of oval shapes. What could they be?

if attatched to the leaf then i'd go for watersnail. they lay about 20 eggs in an oval blob of jelly, similar in shape to the torpedo shaped jelly sweets we had as a child

1f there frogs they w1ll be a b1g l1ne of jelly type stuff w1th black dots and 1f a b1g clump of jelly w1th black dots 1ts toads spawn but 1 th1nk there sna1ls .

wrong way round np strings like pearls are toads :o) frogs are a mass, my brothers called sago pudding frog spawn and I could never eat it yuk!
