Hi
If they are in the ground it would be better to wait just another couple of weeks so the day light is starting to get longer, but not enough that they are in full growth, just waking up. If potted but not in the greenhouse try putting them in a larger pot, growing on, but keep sheltered.

If you are going to pot them on, I suggest putting the bag of compost somewehere warm the day before so your plants don't get plonked in a big pot of cold growing medium

Are they in your greenhouse or under cover? If so, they will need hardening off gently before they are planted out. We are having frosts at the moment, so my plants are getting some sunshine and air during the day and then safely tucked up for the night for a few more weeks. If your plants have been outside in the cold all the time, then you can plant them.
