My Palm trees have really suffered due to the frost.The leaves have died shed in clumps, what's the chance of them reviving please, they are 15' tall. Thanks

Quite honestly, I doubt if you can do much. We're all in the same boat after last December. You don't say what palms they are but even my Chamaerops humilis are looking flaky this year and all my trachies are defunct. In fact I'm giving up and am going to grow lupins.
You could just trim them back and hope. But don't hold your breath. And if the crown has gone mushy - forget it.
