It does have a blue flower, i have several clumps here and it's called Jasione.

It requires very little to make it tick - it grows here in thin poor soil and baked in full sun and it loves it !

Oh you lucky people - I've tried this one several times, but it always dies out over winter. I think the soil here is too heavy for it.

That's a shame Bamboo, it's the wet feet problem again !
