i have afew indoor plants one is a norfolk island pine in which little flying bugs have developed in the soil ,is their anything i cando for this ploblem

Are they little black flies (Fungus Gnats)?
Indoor flies are normally a sign of over-watering. You need to let the soil dry out between waterings. I found that doing this plus putting an inch or so of sand over the whole of the soil surface gets rid of the flies within a few weeks.
