United Kingdom
I bought a Czar plum tree and a Victoria plum last year the Victoria didn't fruit but the Czar did in its first year.
This year they have both produced leaves but no blossom and I don't understand what has gone wrong?
I did a mulch at the beginning of March and put bark around both trees.
They are both dwarf root stock bought from Marshalls.
Hope you can help me.

Nothing has gone wrong. They will be growing a good root system. You can't expect flowers the first year after planting, and if you should get any fruit setting you should remove it as the tree needs to concentrate on establishing itself. Be patient - all should be well next year or the year after.
