What is this plant growing in my garden

Does anyone know what this plant growing in my garden is?. It is probable that the seed has been dropped by a bird after visiting the bird feeder.
The plant is about 3 feet 6 inches high and has many flower spikes which vary from 1 to 6 inches long.The flowers are tiny.

I agree Owdboggy. If any one in your house has asthma or hay fever Mat then make sure you get rid of it. It is worse than rapeseed for allergens. I suggest get rid of it anyway.

That looks suspiciously like Ragweed, which is a frequent addition to wild bird seed mixtures. (Ambrosia trifida)
