I think you have the wrong bit of the site. This is an area for gardeners both amateur and professional to exchange information. There is no phone... You need to contact the nursery you ordered the plants from.

Joan, I thought my snowdrops were never going to arrive but they did, it took three weeks and I have planted them now. Maybe you could try e.mailing the company instead, it is only four weeks, some companies send out when the plants are ready to put out. Hope you get them in the end.

If you ordered bedding plants they will probably not be sent out until the middle of this month, but as the others say, ask the supplier. If they don't answer the phone try emailing them.
