I have a camellia which was in the garden when we moved in 3 years ago. It has always flowered until this year when it has only 1 flower, is it worth keeping or do you think it will come good again please.

The flower buds would have been forming last summer. If you didn't water it thoroughly when we had that long drought any buds would have dropped off then - if they ever formed. Next year's flower display will depend on you watering it very well if we have another dry spell. And feeding it at the same time wouldn't hurt either.
