I found this lovely little white bulb whilst out walking the dog and wondered what it is. Anyone any ideas? I have searched the internet and dont think it is from the fritillaria family as it has not got frilly petals. It has a very long thin green stem and a very delicate flower head

I think that it is Fritillaria meleagris in its pure white form.
