is this a weed or something thats self sown? I have no idea but potted it up on the off chance. It looks different to all the other weeds. Can anyone help? thanks

erm not sure, just googled it and it does look similar to a plant that was on the other side of the garden last year and that subsequently died.

it could also be a cabbage /oil seed rape seedling too.
what grew and died then Tilly?

it looks like it could be a leucanthemum/shasta daisy. does that ring any bells?
