my broccolli and brussel sprout seedlings have gone very leggy are they any good for transplanting?

You would be better to sow the seed again and make sure the seedlings get enough light so they don't become leggy. Right now you can sow the seed directly into the ground.

They should be OK. Just plant them a little deeper than you would normally.

I agree with Bb. Just plant them deeper, to the level of the first leaves even and they normally root from the stem as well. Happens to us often.

I had that with my seedlings they went very leggy. It was during the hardening off process. Sadly they didn't recover. Try though.
