it is still very early, only one of mine has the beginnings of a bud and I only noticed yesterday. They usually flower May onwards for me. I am talking about the oriental ones by the way.

I have one plant which has 3 flowers coming but the other two plants have loads of foliage but no flowers. Maybe I just need ot be patient. Thanks

I shall assume their young/new plants ? if theres lots of good foliage and their being watered regularly then try not watering them so often,it can encourage them to flower depending on conditions of course.

Thank you for your suggestions. Two plants (one old and one new) are now flowering and the other one now has a few buds. The latter one has been established for about 6 years and each year the number of flowers differ. I look forward to about 6 flowers this year. I have stopped watering it so much.
