I have two cornus kousa chinensis planted approx 6-7 years ago and neither one has ever produced flower bracts. They are in neutral to acid soil, with plenty of humus added have never been pruned, leaves are vigorous and healthy, so what is wrong with a) them, b) me?

Next question
Are they seed grown? If so the could take many years to reach flowering maturity. All named varieties of Cornus kousa are propagated by grafting and generally flower at a very small size / young age.
