hi everyone. Just planted against north wall a honeysuckle halliana. Its about 12" tall. Wondered, if we have an average summer how much it might grow year 1. Fertile soil, well draining. Merci, have great summer everyone

If it is well rooted, it could make 3 or 4 ft. or 1m. -1.5m. It will need support even in year one. Don't worry about the height, encourage several stems and train them to cover the area you want. Year one is about consolidation, year two for flowers (maybe)
