Could someone tell me what variety of climbing hydrangea this is (see photo)?
I have several Tropaeolum Speciosum coming up all over the garden. They are climbing up several other plants and bushes. Will they harm other plants? One of them is climbing vigorously over a small rhodendron which has just finished flowering.

They will choke any plants they smother by excluding light and air from the other plants' leaves, best to redirect the growth or cut back where necessary.
