How do I deal with the shoots from my quince bush coming up all over my flower bed without damaging the parent bush?
In reply to answer:
The shoots appear several feet away from the parent plant and some come up in amongst other plants making them difficult to dig out. If that is the only solution I will have to try it, but concerned about damaging other plants.

Should be able to just dig around them, trace back to parent plant and cut them off.
