I have been trying to get rid of a flowering quince from my garden, but it just keeps coming back. What can I do?
I have the same problem with a creeping bamboo. How do I kill these plants? I'm desperate! Thank you. Laurajane

I would either let the foliage grow up to at least a foot high, and spray it with brush killer, with a wetting agent, or cut the stems and immediately paint the fresh cuts with brush killer.

Bamboo can be slowed up with glyphosate weedkiller. I have no experience of getting rid of flowering quince.
