I have a lavender bush which has an infestation of black shiny bugs on- they are ladybird shape and size and are black with a gold sheen. they now seem to have spread to a rosemary bush near the lavender which is more worrying as we use the rosemary for cooking. do you know what they are and how i can get rid of them? they dont seem to fly, just sit on the bush looking mean!
