I have a very young Crataegus Pauls Scarlet planted November 2010. It now has very good leaf growth but no blossom. At what age will it have blossom?

It's more the maturity of the plant that counts, so if you just planted a small whip last year, then it might not flower till next year or the year after. Usual time for flowering isn't till May anyway, although in the south this year some are already out.

How do I say thanks?
