How do I care for Curcuma rhizomes?

How do I care for the rhizomes over winter? Keep damp or dry out!!! I'm in the UK.

On plant Curcuma

Hallo Mumsy - I looked in my RHS book which says keep them almost dry at 12 degrees - pot them on in the spring. I hope that this helps.
