I accidentally cut one of the stems of my new poulsyng rosa plant while removing some fungi covered leaves--The cut is diagonal and about three fifths of the way through the stem. The cut is directly below (about 2 inches) a cluster of flower buds--Should I glue the stem, prune it back now or wait until the buds flower or any other suggestions would be appreciated--I also sprayed the ground around the plant with fungicide

cut back to the first outward facing bud - it'll produce more flowers later.
