my hoya never flowers any ideas on what to do

I never fed mine and it flowered every year. I had to leave it behind when I moved out of an office with a) high ceilings so it had plenty of room to grow up a large pagoda thing and b) lots of direct filtered light.
Watering is, I found, crucial. It likes lots of humidity in the form of regular misting but fairly dry at the root level.
Actually took quite a lot of looking after but worth it in the long run. That scent is worth almost any amount of effort.

Try giving it a feed with Rose Fertrtilizer, next Spring. I think it probably likes warmth and good light, but not direct sunshine.
