I think I have blind shoots on my David Austin rose. I planted it two years ago. I got roses last June. So far nothing, although the other David Austin roses are budding now. it is a repeat flowering climber. Can anyone help with this? I am afraid I don't have a camera that I can send photos across the internet.

I'm not sure what you mean by blind shoots - the shoots to worry about with roses are suckers, which come from below the graft point on the rootstock, usually below ground, and have a slightly different appearance, usually being more vigorous and paler green. If you're saying it's not growing and hasn't flowered since you bought it, check the soil conditions - is it very dry where its planted, for instance.
