I have 3 small olives trees in a sheltered , sunny spot approx 5 years old.
They look dreadful having lost all their leaves. I have scraped the bark a little with my nail and it is green underneath!
Is it likely that they will flourish again, or will no leaves reappear?

That green bark sounds hopeful, Adelerj!
If the frost is all done where you are, I would give them a light feed with a balanced fertilizer, maybe adding a little sugar if they are badly damaged, and see how much sprouts out. Once you have some good growth, cut off everything that isn't sprouting. Olives are famous--or, in our area, infamous--for sprouting from almost nothing, after severe damage. Where there is life, there is hope.
