How to submit photos with a question

Can anyone help me to attach a picture with my question? (I'm a computer illiterate). I've tried using the "Browse" button, which brings up my gallery of photos. I then identify and open the relevant photo and click "Submit". Then......nothing! Any suggestions would be welcome.

Possibly your photos are too large to be acceptable, you may need to reduce them to the size stated somewhere in the add photos section.
