If you take a large leaf you can cut it into horizontal segments about 2" wide, cut off the bottom corners up to the midrib and insert the midrib into a compost of 50/50 peat and sharp sand, you will need to put into a propagator with a temperature of 61-64deg f.
Make sure that only the midrib goes into the compost and not the leaf itself. good luck.
