Is Golden Bamboo invasive?

Just acquired a couple of 4 years old Bamboos, 6 feet tall, are they invasive or should they be kept in large pots? Anybody had past experiences, I just like them for looks and the sound in wind so does not matter where they are situated. Thanks

Good morning Carwasher. This particular bamboo is clump forming rather than spreading so is ideal for screening in the garden. Remember it will only go golden if grown in full sun so if you haven't got a spare piece of sunny garden then you may be better in a pot anyway, otherwise I would opt for planting out.
