Rabbits

I fortunately have the use of two allotments in Buckinghamshire next to each other. One is adequately protected with a 4 Ft fence. The second plot I only have for a year what can I grow which is rabbit resistant without a fence e.g spuds parsnips etc
I only grow noraml everyday veg so any help short of a fenc eowuld be useful - by the way rabbit deterrent sprays don't seem to work

i have a great cat that comes down my lane every day and gets rid of these pests and he eats them! i dont know where the cat comes from, but i do like him
