PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THIS IS ON MY HEUCHERA 'lime marmalade'..IT WAS IN THE GROUND, I ONLY NOTICED IT TODAY...WHAT SHOULD I DO PLEASE?

could be rust, a fungal infection or the wound response to being eaten/sucked by aphids. spray with a fungicide and hopefully it will recover. I'd remove any damaged leaves if there are only a few.

I have the same thing on 'Marmalade' in full shade. I'm off to spray mine.

I think it might also be a reaction to strong sunlight - the paler a Heuchera the more shade it needs. Yours is pretty pale, so lots of shade. As it was stressed being in full sun that may have allowed a fungal infection to take hold.
