I don't know why my privet hedge is dying.I live by the coast and thought it might have been the past severe winter we had with frost and wind. Some sections are now just bare with no leaves and woody. Can you help? I have looked online for plants but there seems to be different forms. If I were to replace the sections with new plants what type of plant is the best.
