I live in Scotland and after a VERY dry April we have had a ridiculously wet and windy May. My hanging baskets now looks a bit sad...However, more worryingly the leaves on my potatoe plants (in grow bags) and on my clematis plants - next to the potatoes are starting to turn black...it is DEFINITELY NOT from sun - could they be rain drenched?? Please help!

Hi Joanna and welcome to GoY. Is there any chance of a photo, this is possibly blight but I would like to see a pic before I make that statement.
