Not too late at all good time to be sowing both. Remember to soak your lupin seeds in cold water for 24 hours to help break down the hard outer casing.

Thanks as well - I bought some 'cottage garden' seeds and wondered if it was too late to sow as well!

Depends what they are Kildermorie, annuals too late perennials should be fine.
