Can I eat the tops off raddishes

Answers

If you mean tops as in the leaves then yes!

They are actually a good source of vitamin C and Potassium. Another benefit from them is that they are good for your Liver and Gall Bladder (dont ask me exactly how lol)

The leaves can be a bit rough to have in a salad (depends on how you like them) but they can be made into a very simple soup or added to stews and other things.

If you do a Google search you will find a number of ways to use them. I certainly eat mine so when my raddish come up the lot gets eaten!

It is best to cut the leaves off just above the top of your raddish once you've harvested them as the leaves can continue to pull the moisture out of the Raddish.

I like them better as little thinnings, than mature leaves!

once I've removed them from the Raddish I tend to then strip the leaves from the stalks etc as they can be pretty stringy!
