I planted a Twisted Hazel Tree 2 weeks ago, but it looks like it is dying, the leaves are a bit withered

Water problem probably - its quite difficult to keep large shrubs and trees which are newly planted at this time of year moist enough at the roots - leave the hose trickling at the base for at least an hour, even if its raining. It'll need a good couple of gallons a week, provided by you, for its first two years, though you don't need to worry from November through to February/March.

Thank you, I have been watering it, but didn't know it needed so much, we have lots of rain today. Will it recover & start to look better?

They usually do, as long as the dryness has not killed off all the roots.

I'd still leave the hose on the at the base today, just on a trickle - if the rain is wetting the top inch or two of soil, bear in mind that your plant's root ball extends at least six inches down into the soil, and that's where it needs water.
